GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is upgrading its outdated TDM-based PABX to a Cisco Call Manager IP Communications solution, This will enable GSK to take advantage of the VoIP-ready infrastructure that has previously been deployed by NetStar, and to progressively introduce new applications that will enhance the productivity of employees.
Having previously worked with GSK on multiple projects over a long relationship, NetStar was selected for the telephony upgrade for its ability to deliver on-time and on-budget, and our support offerings. GSK will be using Netstar for both maintenance and management, with Netstar's NetManage service providing a cost-effective monitoring and management solution.
