Promotion Mechanics:

1.         Offer only applicable to new and existing business customers whose total CV exceed $10,000 (after GST) with any SingTel/ SingNet services.

2.         Early termination of contract will result in a NULL entry, and termination charges apply accordingly.

3.         Every $10,000 spent is entitled to register 1 lucky draw entry.

4.         The validity period is from 30 September 2009 till 30 November 2009.

5.         Lucky Draw winners will be announced via email/mobile before 31 Dec 2009, and their company names and BRN numbers will be published on the NetStar Website (http://www.netstarnetworks.asia/news/events.asp )

6.         Lucky Draw winner will be announced via email/mobile before 31 December 2009, and their company names and BRN numbers will be published on the NetStar website. Any prize not claimed within 30 days from the date of notification, shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of the Organiser.

7.         NetStar reserves the rights to modify the promotion mechanics, at its absolute discretion, to change the qualifying criteria and the allocation of lucky draw entitlements, to terminate or vary the Lucky Draw prizes without prior notice.

8.         The Organiser is not a supplier of the product(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.

Terms & Conditions:

1.         Not applicable to NRIC, consumers.

2.         Promotion is for new sign ups or existing customers who are at least into the 21 month of their contract, or new contract value > existing contract

3.         No winner shall be entitled to win more than one prize in the Draw

4.         The prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.

5.         The Lucky Draw is not open to employees directly involved in the Organisation, or their family members. NetStar reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person.

6.         The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
