New chair for NetStar, new CEO for Australia

| IP networking specialist, NetStar Group, has announced several appointments in its three regional entities - NetStar Australia, NetStar Singapore (which includes China and Hong Kong) and NetStar Taiwan - “to support the growth of its business in Asia Pacific.”
Gareth Chang has been named chairman. His previous roles include chairman and CEO of Star TV, executive director of News Corporation, president of Hughes Electronics International, president of Direct TV International, and corporate vice president of McDonnell Douglas. He is a director of Baring Private Equity International, NetStar’s majority shareholder.
Chris Meager has been named CEO of NetStar Australia, where he was previously COO. Prior to joining NetStar was the CFO for EDS in Asia Paci.c South. James Constable has been appointed to the new role of professional services process manager, reporting to Meager.
