| Accountancy firm Pitcher Partners has implemented a converged IP telephony solution from NetStar Australia, a subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based NetStar Group. The Cisco Systems-built solution includes unified messaging, wireless communication and desktop video capability for 400 staff in Pitcher’s new Melbourne offices. The firm said it was attracted by the efficiency, flexibility and reduced cost of IP over a PABX migration.
