The NetManage Traffic Optimisation service provides customer with an in-depth view of their network. The solution uses the combination of Riverbed Technology and NetStar nVisage monitoring platform. Few key features are:

- Monitors up to Layer 7 and enables application prioritization (QOS) and optimization
- Requires device to be installed at customer site
- Quarterly analysis and recommendations based on reports

The WAN optimisation is based on Riverbed's Steelhead appliances which provide the acceleration of enterprise applications between datacenters and remote offices. The Steelhead appliance's intelligent optimizations enables customers' offices which share data and collaborate between distributed offices to experience significant performance improvements for a broad range of applications that are important to their businesses. This offers customers the ability to simplify IT infrastructure and realize significant capital and operational cost savings.
